Our Services
Professional building inspection services for home buyers, homeowners and property investors across the Northern Rivers NSW.
-
Best for: Purchasing a home, investment property or unit with confidence.
Buying a property is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make. A pre-purchase building and timber pest inspection provides an independent assessment of the property's condition, helping you identify major defects, structural concerns, timber pest activity and maintenance issues before you commit to the purchase.
Our inspections are carried out by a qualified builder with over 25 years of hands-on construction experience, using advanced inspection technology including thermal imaging, moisture detection and drone roof inspections where appropriate. You'll receive a thorough, easy-to-understand digital report outlining the property's condition, identified defects and practical recommendations.
What's Included:
Comprehensive building inspection
Timber pest inspection
Thermal imaging technology
Moisture meter assessment
Drone roof inspection (where suitable)
Easy-to-understand digital inspection report
Fast report delivery
Unlimited post-inspection support

A Building Inspection Only provides a comprehensive assessment of the property's overall condition, identifying structural defects, safety concerns, incomplete workmanship, water ingress, maintenance issues and other visible defects. This service is ideal when a timber pest inspection is not required, such as for newer homes, vendor reports, insurance purposes or general property assessments. You'll receive a detailed, easy-to-understand digital report outlining the property's condition, identified defects and recommended maintenance or repairs.
Best for: Homeowners, property investors, vendors, insurance requirements and anyone requiring an independent assessment of a property's condition without a timber pest inspection. -
A Maintenance Audit Inspection is a comprehensive assessment of your property's overall condition, designed to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns and preventative maintenance requirements before they develop into more costly repairs. Unlike a pre-purchase inspection, this service is tailored for property owners who want a clear understanding of their home's current condition and a practical plan for ongoing maintenance.
The inspection covers both the interior and exterior of the property, identifying defects, wear and tear, water ingress, deterioration and areas requiring repair or ongoing monitoring.
You'll receive a detailed, easy-to-understand digital report outlining the property's condition, recommended repairs, maintenance priorities and practical advice to help you plan future maintenance with confidence.
Best for: Homeowners, landlords and property investors who want to proactively maintain their property, plan future repairs and protect the long-term value of their investment.
